Here I am making no claim to be the end all authority on the subject, but rather one who has discovered how to increase the activity of bioelectricity in the body and so am imparting what they (me, myself and I) know about the subject. 2) This is what MHO is.

The acronym that associates MHO with the normal process of ingesting food, as in when one is MHOing they are doing the same normal action as when they are, "Eating," except that they are just not swallowing the, so ingested, substances as quickly; EAT is a much more natural, benign and beneficial way of getting electricity into a physical body than the neurologically subtractive: ECT proffered as a remedy for intractable mental depression, in that EATing is theoretically neurologically additive, meaning that, considering the matter logically, it should induce nerve growth, not curtail it, as ECT does, by damaging the capillaries of the temporal regions of the brain, by boiling the blood in those capillaries with grossly large amounts of electric current, thus inducing a denial of nutrition to the neurons of those regions, thus killing or severely impairing those neurons' functions, thus justifying the affixation of the charge of, "Neurologically Subtractive Treatment" to the act of the application of ECT to a person.

MNMS, pronounced like 'M&Ms,' is a more widely inclusive term than MHO. MNMS includes eating bulk food that has been enriched with Nutritional Mineral Supplements, which can be added to that food by hand in the comfort of one's own home. Where heat for preparation is involved, to avoid chemical structure breakdown, it is best to add the so metered (steadily fed) substances after cooking. There is also a medical version of  MNMS called "Intravenous Feeding (IV)," E.G. A form of potassium is fed to some heart attack victims, where the so effected people are found to be deficient in potassium, because potassium is required for hearts' electronic attributes to function properly, at all. However, potassium is merely one of the many minerals that are vital to the proper function of a physical body. MNMS can be used to optimize all of the body's mineral levels that it is used for.

I wouldn't go as far as to say that it—the OMH (2)—actually helps its services' recipients' minds'/brains' capacity to function improve though, from what I have seen by this time of this caption's writing: 2005's February's 20'th.
